Whether they have been foreign or domestic Dan R's has kept me mobile. The service is always great. They recognize their customers by name and they go the extra distance to keep their customers coming back.

I noticed how friendly everyone was and accommodating to my schedule. It was so easy to schedule online and I even received a text message to remind me of my appointment! I also purchased new tires on a Saturday and they were able to install them on Monday! Their waiting room is amazing too with popcorn, flat screen TV, kid’s area, fireplace, coffee and more! Why not support
I took my car in to get the engine mount fixed that I knew was broken ... read more I took my car in to get the engine mount fixed that I knew was broken because of my father and brother. I do not live at home so I took it in to MAAS Brothers in Portage, Ohio to get it fixed. I told them what had to be fixed and the heat needs to be looked at because its blowing cold air. I got it back few days later with a bill of over $400 dollars and he said the engine mount wasn't broken and that he didn't know what was wrong with the heat. The engine was vibrating and making a loud noise like it did when I first took it in. He said its normal for that car to be so loud and vibrate. Next Christmas when I went home I had my father look at the heat and it took him 10 minutes to fix it. The wire connecting to the knob was broken. I was taken advantage of. And I knew it but what more could I have done then to question them and them giving me bullshit answers? This happened a while back and I left a review for it then too but it seems to be gone now so I will leave another one to warn people. I was trying to sell my car and found out for sure from a different mechanic that my engine mounts have been broken for all those years MAAS Brothers Enterprises Inc said it didn't need to be fixed. I love Kermits Restaurant but I just researched and found out its the same people from this shop that owns it. I think they figured I was another collage student was going to move away. Well I'm staying in BG and I will let everyone know about this incident. Small towns should be good to everyone not just the townies. I have become a townie but to think some people think they can get away with bullshit disappoints me. Thank you
