Retail tire service near Rittman, OH

i took a tire here, they said it was a valve leak and they fixed it. The next day i had to take it back because it was still leaking, they forgot to put the sealer in it when they fixed it. Really how stupid do you have to be to not put that in?? when you specialize in tires! And its still leaking so i bought "slime" and it fixed it. The customer service is horrible, the owner is a greedy cocky prick and doesnt have a problem letting you know hes better then you because hes a millionaire, but only because he burned his building down numerous times and didnt get caught, so he got insurance money(which is well known in this town), not because of there great work. I had someone take my car up there to switch out a tire and he told the person that he wasnt going to do it because "he doesnt need to work, hes a millinare 8 times over and the person was just a bum" and that dont they notice they never have cars there because he doesnt need to work. So without going into a whole lot more detail of all the cocky things he said, dont give this place your money cuz there all pricks and do there work half assed, thats if they even say theyll do it..ive never known anyone to say anything good about this place but its close and convenient but now i know myself to never deal with them..and this "JP" person giving 5 stars is probably the owner his name is Joe

I have been a customer of Superlube and Brake for years, and I have recommended this shop to many people. The owner, Fred, and his highly professional staff (specifically Chuck and Josh) have always taken the time to explain the problems with our cars and have offered reasonable solutions to fix them. They always strive to "take care of" the customer, and they will not recommend an unneeded service. I appreciate being able to take my cars to a place where people care about the job they do and the customers that they serve. A job well done!

by Kevin 12/15/2011 Bad Attitude, Poor Service, and they almost killed me. 1. Bought 4 new tires. Not only did they put the wrong tires on, they tightened the lug nuts bolts too tight and 3 for the 5 snapped off the front right before I discovered the problem after just getting off the highway at speeds of 65 mph. They did repair the lug nuts bolts, but claims it was not their fault, that "someone else tightened them". No one had touched the tires after their work. 2. Bought another set of tires and had a front end alignment. Upon returning and complaining about the front end pulling to the left this taking one of their "tech" with me on a road test to show them what it was doing, they claimed it was "to the specks of the Chevy. One the next visit a week later. the "tech" claimed it was do to the crown in the road and not their work. It would pull to the left even when the road slanted higher to the left, not to mention he passed huge amount of gas in my truck , as a F--- You, before handing me my keys back to drive away. It still pulled to the left. I had to take it to the dealer to get it alined. When speaking to the owner, he claims their work is fine and that we should not do any more business. I said "Happy NOT to do business with a shop that I have had nothing but problems with".
