Arrived for appointment and they took car apart then then stated they did not have filter. When I told them they said they would get it they then said they don't get parts ahead because people may not come for appointment. Oil change took over 2 1/2 hours. But they did not put belly plate back on properly so when I was drive it started to flop under car. Then I noticed oil on garage floor. Took car back and they said it was that way and oil lead was from spilled oil they did not clean up. They said they would reattach belly plate but the cut half of it off so now I need to order a new part. I will never use this place again. Terrible service!!

When you want only and oil change and not an up sell dealship or rip off service go here. They even said I can bring my own oil and they would charge the standard service for just doing it not the oil. I literally felt like my grandpa or dad was in the shop working on the car.
