Bert handled my service request from start to finish. He kept me updated, was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was, as always, clearly explained, committed price and delivered as committed. It is so nice to trust and not be disappointed. Fantastic service from a great guy. Mical took the time to explain what was going on with my car (valve gasket leak), gave accurate up front estimates and a timeline for when he would be done. Prices are very reasonable. Mical will be getting my business again for sure in the future.

Charley is my go to mechanic when it comes to service on my Volvo. He is reasonably priced, honest and will help you prioritize problems if you can't get them done all at once. I also really appreciate that he lets me know whats coming down the road so I can prepare for service in advance. Don't hesitate to call him!

Ken's Tire and Auto is the best. I went in for an oil change. They found several lug bolts missing due to driving on a rough road. They saved my car and me thousands of dollars. Not the first time they saved me lots of money. I highly recommend them.

I had an old hybrid from 2005, and the high-voltage battery was going bad. I took it to a dealership, first, but they could not replace the battery because it was no longer being manufactured. After calling a few mechanics, Innovative Auto was the only one willing to look at putting in an aftermarket battery. They did the research and got me a quote. The parts, alone, were a bit above my price range, so I decided not to move forward with it. When I picked up the car, they did not charge me. The office was clean, the staff addressed me by last name, and everyone was very nice. If it was a bit closer to home, this would be my main mechanic, now.

Very knowledge employees, the manager, the diagnostician, and the mechanics. The quality of work was fantastic with surprising the lowest price compared to all of the other local shops that I called and got estimates from. These guys are great! 10/10 would recommend! Christian Moler

I will always take my cars here from now on! No hassle and quick service. When you want only and oil change and not an up sell dealship or rip off service go here. They even said I can bring my own oil and they would charge the standard service for just doing it not the oil. I literally felt like my grandpa or dad was in the shop working on the car.

I made an appointment the day before to make sure they had oil filter. Arrived for appointment and they took car apart then then stated they did not have filter. When I told them they said they would get it they then said they don't get parts ahead because people may not come for appointment. Oil change took over 2 1/2 hours. But they did not put belly plate back on properly so when I was drive it started to flop under car. Then I noticed oil on garage floor. Took car back and they said it was that way and oil lead was from spilled oil they did not clean up. They said they would reattach belly plate but the cut half of it off so now I need to order a new part. I will never use this place again. Terrible service!!

After posting a negative review about the attitude, service and unprofessional treatment, I received nasty, personal attacks about my character and body. Truly unbelievable!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! OKC Auto Works had my car for 5 weeks, a week and a half of this time was due to a 'backordered' part. Sean and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice, in the beginning, calling me with updates and keeping me informed of what was going on. I picked up my car and within 3 hours the check engine light was on and my car was overheating like crazy. I took it back in the next day and they hadn't 'burped the radiator.' Really, you had my car for 5 weeks and forgot to do something this simple? There was also a problem with the hood of my car and inexplicably there was a bump out on my dash where the passenger airbag is, even though it was not deployed in my accident. They fixed everything but the dash and told me they would call to have me bring it back in for that. 3 days later, my check engine light was on AGAIN and still no phone call about the dash. It was several days before I could take it back in and when I did, Sean no longer worked there and Jason was my new rep. They told me to bring the car in the following Monday to be dropped off and pick up a rental at their expense. By this time my hood had developed a new problem of bouncing on a bumpy road, such as I-40. When I dropped my car off, they had forgotten to get me a rental and provided me with their 'loaner' vehicle. It was an '03 PT Cruiser with front bumper and grill damage, a huge crack through the windshield, brake issues where it made a loud noise and shook every time you stopped and any hump or bump in the road made the car shake back and forth, plus it smelled, oh and the driver armrest was missing. I was not only embarrassed to drive this vehicle and park it in front of my house, but felt very unsafe driving it. I spoke with the manager, Kelly, regarding this and he agreed to have me bring it back and give me a rental as I was previously told I would have. When I went to trade in the loaner my car was miraculously done, in only 2 days! The rep, Jason, however told me
