After struggling for months to find answers for our 2000 Grand Voyager (suddenly, it seemed, the right rear tail light signal lamp and brake lamp would no longer work) -- and being run around the bush, insulted (by the salvage guys who wanna make sure you know "they know more than you and the way you're doing it is stupid") and stonewalled by many others -- I followed my wife's advice and went to see the folks at Best Price. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Jose there knew immediately what the problem was, and had the solution. He allowed us to test his theory by plugging the salvage part he had available into our van. Worked right away. We also bought another taillight for our daughter's Taurus (damaged in a parking lot fender-bender). This is all pretty academic. After all -- this is what salvage yard guys are SUPPOSED to do. Right? But with Jose -- it's a lot more than that. He "gets it." He obviously knows his business -- but there's a clear joy that he gets through helping his customers that lights the whole place up. About the only thing I could compare it to is "music." He and his outfit raise the bar so far as to re-define it. They didn't just help us with parts. They made our day.
