HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! OKC Auto Works had my car for 5 weeks, a week and a half of this time was due to a 'backordered' part. Sean and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice, in the beginning, calling me with updates and keeping me informed of what was going on. I picked up my car and within 3 hours the check engine light was on and my car was overheating like crazy. I took it back in the next day and they hadn't 'burped the radiator.' Really, you had my car for 5 weeks and forgot to do something this simple? There was also a problem with the hood of my car and inexplicably there was a bump out on my dash where the passenger airbag is, even though it was not deployed in my accident. They fixed everything but the dash and told me they would call to have me bring it back in for that. 3 days later, my check engine light was on AGAIN and still no phone call about the dash. It was several days before I could take it back in and when I did, Sean no longer worked there and Jason was my new rep. They told me to bring the car in the following Monday to be dropped off and pick up a rental at their expense. By this time my hood had developed a new problem of bouncing on a bumpy road, such as I-40. When I dropped my car off, they had forgotten to get me a rental and provided me with their 'loaner' vehicle. It was an '03 PT Cruiser with front bumper and grill damage, a huge crack through the windshield, brake issues where it made a loud noise and shook every time you stopped and any hump or bump in the road made the car shake back and forth, plus it smelled, oh and the driver armrest was missing. I was not only embarrassed to drive this vehicle and park it in front of my house, but felt very unsafe driving it. I spoke with the manager, Kelly, regarding this and he agreed to have me bring it back and give me a rental as I was previously told I would have. When I went to trade in the loaner my car was miraculously done, in only 2 days! The rep, Jason, however told me

I first had dealings with Ferguson Collision Center when they fixed my Jeep Commander. After two years, I had problems with my paint job and after one of their selling features is their is that I had a lifetime warranty on their work. I took the car back and talked to Jim Cathey, the manager and he informed he would fix it and bring it back on Monday. I took the car back on Monday and rented a car from them. Cathey called me about an hour later and told me to come back. Cathey informed me that this was not their work and would not fix the car. I informed Cathey that they are the only people that had worked on the car, he rudely informed me that he would not fix the car. Cathey is the most unprofessional and rudest man that I have ever had contact with and I cannot believe that he deals with Customer Service. I am over 60 year old single female and this is how Cathey treats women. I left and the lawyers I work with wanted to sue Ferguson Collision over this deal. I did make a complaint to the Better Business about Cathey and Ferguson Collision Center. I have since fixed my Jeep Commander at my own expense and sold it about two years ago. Now, I have brought a car from Carmax and they were going to fix a small dent on the car and because of my experience with Cathey and Ferguson Collision, I did not even look at Ferguson Dealerships for a car after my experience with Cathey. I asked Carmax where they had sent the car to get it fixed and I was told that it was sent to Ferguson Collision Center. I got sick to know that these are the people that where fixing my car again. I picked up the car at Carmax and noticed that they had left a drilled hole open inside the car door. I took the car to Ferguson and asked to talk to someone about why they did not plug the hole which would eventually cause rusting. Of course, they gave me RUDE CATHEY to talk too and I asked him why he did not fix the drilled hole. Cathey's immediate response, rudely informed me that the hole was already there and he was only fixing the outside door. I asked him why when he had the door off why he just did not plug the hole. Off course, he told me to leave and starting walking off. I informed Cathey that if I had the same problems with this car like I had with my Commander, I would be suing this time like the lawyers had first suggested. Worst, Customer service and very sloppy work I have ever experienced. My next complaint is with the Better Business Bureau.
