Can't imagine taking my BMW anywhere else and their costs are going to be far superior to that of the BMW dealership. With that being said, Sebastian takes absolutely no short cuts. Little things count; always uses high grade German oil in your oil change, always wiping down and cleaning your car even if you just bring it in for a check-up and his customer service is great because he actually cares about his customers.
