Mini service near Sherwood, OR

Heard about Tommy's from another shop (that doesn't do transmission work). Tommy himself is great, very quick to respond and upfront about everything. Got me in and done quick. The thing that stood out to me was this: I had a transmission service and transfer case service. When I got back to pick up my truck, Tommy said that the fluid in my transfer case was black... really bad. He had (without telling me or upselling) flushed my transfer case twice to make sure all the nasty fluid was out. In this day and age, to find someone who would do the right thing without being prompted - amazing. I'll be going back for sure. Plus getting loves from the shop dog is always a plus! Dan MacKenzie

From the standpoint of mechanical skill and expertise Doug has always provided great service. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, he has always dealt fairly with me when there were differences re: the final cost of a job.
