Nelson, the owner, is a great person. He's always easy to talk to and is very kind to his customers. The prices at Austin's are good. This is the best shop in Bethlehem.

He has found solutions that the dealer and others could not find. I drive the distance for expert, honest, and fairly priced service. I had a boat engine that sounded off and had John listen to it. He said it was the timing chain and should be replaced asap. As it was under warrantee I took it to the dealer and they said nothing was wrong.
