Nelson, the owner, is a great person. He's always easy to talk to and is very kind to his customers. The prices at Austin's are good. This is the best shop in Bethlehem.

A former master mechanic at a large Toyota dealership I dread the day he retires. he is honest - keeps his appointments is thorough in his evaluation and prompt in his service.
