I called and they took my car quickly and did a great job on repairs. I was especially pleased when they told me my options. One fog light didnt work and they told me it may be better or lower cost if I have them disconnected since I never used them and they interfered with the inspection. also the price was reasonable and that is nice for a Volvo. I will take all my mechanic needs to this shop. the people are very nice.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! One star is a LOT to give. This place deserves no business. My car sat in their lot for 11 days. No work was completed. I was going through my warranty company and they didn’t send in any of the photos that were required. Not one photo they claimed to send, went through. I sent the photos they provided to the warranty and they received them immediately. I was stolen from. I removed my vehicle yesterday, without being serviced due to them charging me $1900 for a power steering pump to be fixed. Who in their right minds can tell me that is not overcharging? $1100 out of pocket and my warranty would cover the rest. I told them I know better than this. The district manager of all Philadelphia stores approached me when picking up the keys and tried to assure me that he would do his best to “make me happy”. Immediately I told him nothing with this business would make me happy. He said he would remove $550 off of the price and charge me $449. What mechanic can rightfully take off $550 off of a job? NONE. They were taking advantage of me and thought I wouldn’t fall into their trap. The BEST part of this entire process was the fact that they submitted that they completed the work and charged my warranty company $857 to be paid out. They were PAID for a job UNDONE. I took my car keys and told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. Why would I do business with people who are MONEY HUNGRY and don’t respect women? This is absurd. If i was a MAN I never would have endured such horrible treatment. Each employee was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE. I will encourage any person who’s ever been to Midas to never return.

Was searching for a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI online and saw Huber's listed on the USAA and Carguru websites. Only problem was it was almost 2 hours away! The car's pictures, description and detail on the website made me give them a call. Eric Reder filled me in on the details over the phone and stressed how much work they put into the car before putting it on the lot. I was surprised to hear that because the car only had 36,000 miles on it! He also said that the car looks better in person than in pictures (he was right!). I drove out and met with Eric Huber and immediately hit it off with him- we are both VW guys. The car looked showroom condition (my wife said several times she can't believe its not new) but Huber's went over the car and performed all of the 40,000 mile services on it. The car is only at 36,000 miles! The point is, I think they could have just vacuumed it, washed it, put 2 tires on it and put it for sale, but Eric explained that most of his customers come there for follow up service and if I came back for the next oil change at 40,000 miles and he hit me with VW's recommended 40,000 mile service charge, I would undoubtedly be P.O'd since I just bought the car. And he's right. Eric showed me the list of all the work performed and gave me a copy for my records. Very impressed with that kind of thinking. Huber's is a full service car repair facility that also sells high quality used cars and they put good cars on the lot to keep their customers happy so they'll come back for service. Worked out well for me!

I just had my exhaust replaced on my pickup truck here at the Meineke Car Care Center in Ephrata Pa 17522 and I must say, I've had a lot of exhaust work done on many cars in my day and this place topped them all. Not only did I get a great quality job but I got a great price too. I highly recommend Earl and his team for any auto needs you encounter. Thanks again to Earl and his team!
