As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I've found them to be honest, friendly, and fair for repairs. And my car shopping experience was far, far superior to the dealerships in town. Matt took the time to answer my questions and I had many. He treated me with respect where at the big dealerships I got treated less seriously and dealt with a bunch of salesman tactics that weren't necessary. Matt didn't play that game and the experience was actually relaxing instead of stressful. They had good deals and a decent selection for a smaller sales lot. We continued to tell the shop about the problem, they first of all sai... read more We continued to tell the shop about the problem, they first of all said " well it can't be that big of a deal "..Long story short, they had it a total of 4 times. They wouldn't listen to our concerns, wouldn't answer our phone calls, very rude, very unprofessional! The sales dept is just as bad. Now, they refuse to honor the rest of our warranty term, which we've already paid for.
