As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. Amazing guys! Have been coming here for many years and so have my parents and children. I had recently got an inspection done there. My vehicle didn't pass the first time but the guys were happy to point out what I needed fixed and explained the importance of why it needed to be fixed and even referred me to someone who could do the work for the best price. I was able to go back with in with no re-charge 30 days and under 1,000 miles to get it re-inspected and it passed! I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.
