Mark part if you know its the one to be replaced. If possible camp out there when your vehicle is in foe service "Just Kidding". Yes like other places in these times they are out to get you. In closing I have proof on all of this and will be bringing all I've been compiling over the past almost two years, and confront them & (Owner) very soon. The list is long From not doing what was on the bill to be done to flat out replacing parts that are not worn out. Set up to bring you back " like not greasing, that is show some on out side of fitting but not putting any in actual part. Good team of mechanics for general repairs on passenger vehicles. I've been using their services for 10+ years and never had a reason to go anywhere else. I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a strange analysis considering I have looked at many of the sites to inquire whether or not to take my car to this establishment. NO other person who did a customer satisfaction rating said anything but great things about this company. To call them crooks is a ridiculous and unmerited statement, to say the least. They have been so kind and honest with every repair that I have had there. Just ask the customers in the waiting room. They treat everyone like family. If you had so much confidence in your BMW mechanic than why did you not take it there? For anyone who wants an honest garage with HONEST mechanics skip over the first comment and read all of the others, then decide for yourself who you would agree with. I say all of the five stars out rate the one star. Give them a try.

I took my car here for a yearly inspection. The waiting room is very small and full of paint fumes. After an hour they said there was a problem with my rear parking break actuator. They said it would cost $80 to fix. I was very suspicious of this because I do all my own maintenance on my cars. We walked out to the shop and I asked them what the problem was. They could not explain or show me the problem. I said I wasn't going to pay them $80 for this repair and take it off the lift. I took my car to another shop and it passed with no problems. Be very suspicious of this business and always get a second opinion.
