Awful. This guy "fixed" my car FOUR times and it just died again from the same problem. STEER CLEAR!

This is best auto repair shop I found in the area in terms of honesty and price and service! My break were changed quickly and efficiently, I highly recommend this shop and will use them for my needs from now on. And to top it off I got great snacks to take with me!

If you live in central/south jersey (or a reasonable distance).  Owns a car you care about and/or plan to own for years. Don't want to pay dealership price for the same, and in most cases better customer and car service.  And/or need a knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, courteous and cost-effective auto technician...YOU SHOULD KNOW UNION LINE GARAGE IN HOPEWELL.   These guys are one of the best in the business. I have so much confidence in them that 'twas it not for legal reasons, and the size of my bank account...I would offer to pay for your repairs at another shop if you can prove said shop provided better workmanship, price and service than Union Line Garage. 

Awesome guys at Cartech! Mike and Rich treat you like family. A great deal of experience between the two of them and they keep a clean shop which in that line of work is hard to do. The guys, Steve and Ed, at the STS in Feasterville were great! I had brought my car in for a state inspection and was informed the front rotors had failed. I had recently done the pads myself, and they were completely honest with me and suggested replacing the pads either way so I didn't have any further issues. Because of there honesty I agreed to have everything they had suggested, done. It was done in no time! Its the employees like this that make this company stand out! Excellent customer service skills and definitely know the industry (because I sure don't!) I definitely suggest going to STS for your repairs! I sure will be returning! Thanks guys!

I had an alignment done on my vehicle about 10 days ago. During the alignment, the mechanic broke off a piece of my front grill while opening the hood of my car. I noticed the damage 5 days later. There is a fresh break on we're the missing silver piece was on my grill. Sears took pictures and then told me they would not take responsibility for the damage. The repair will cost $60. They have poor work ethics there. If you do decide to get there, check your entire vehicle before you leave. I am speaking to corporate tomorrow.

HORRIBLE management and HORRIBLE customer service. Make sure to stop in if you'd love to get a slashed tire, and a whole lot of attitude from the staff! Manager literally yelled at me in front of other customers, and then made me pay full price again for a tire 3 days after I got a deflating one from them.. Oh and opened 3 hours late, and made me wait 2 hours on top of that while they helped everyone else pulling up before me. About as ghetto as their name sounds. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies.

This shop is unkept, dirty, and the staff refused to wait on us had us waiting and asking for their service, they and blew us off and refused to sell us tires. The state/borough and county needs to come to do an inspection of this shop, there appears to be some shady people hanging around this shop, a man spent a lot of time asking me what church I belonged to and trying to send us off elsewhere. I say buyer BEWARE!
