This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.

This company does not stand by the nonsense parts and service they push so hard to sell to you. I will never use these people again. Unprofessional, cocky attitude, and just plain ignorant counter people. They need some serious customer service training. This company used to have a good name (years ago and not this location). Went in for a oil change and tire rotation at Mr.Tire on Rt.561 Voorhees. While driving on the NJ turnpike at 70 to 75 MPH I heard a loud thumping noise. I had to pull over on the side and check my car. I found my wheel lugs loose, not just one but all of them. The wheel on my car were about to come off at 70MPH. Myself and family and others on the road could have been killed. I have been in the automotive dealership business for over 30 years.This so called oil change tech should be terminated.
