We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

I was referred to Dick and Rips by my friend. He takes all of his vehi... read more I was referred to Dick and Rips by my friend. He takes all of his vehicles there. I knew the place had to be good because my friend is super picky. I have went to their shop a couple of times in the last few months to have my vehicle inspected- have them install 2 new tires and some other misc work. Each time I called them - they were friendly and very helpful.When I took my vehicle to the shop - they got the job done in a timely manner and didn't rip me off. This is an honest place to do business with. Here is an example -when I would apply the break on my vehicle, it would stop real hard and screech. I was told by their shop manager that this was because of me using the emergency brake on flat ground.The emergency brake was getting stuck. He said it would stop doing this if I didn't use the emergency brake on level ground. I stopped using the emergency brake on level ground and the problem went away. He could have easily told me that I needed rear brakes. I am happy to say that I have found my place. They are right down the road from me -they do good work and are very honest. If you find any bad reviews about this place - it has to be a competitor who is leaving them. I have had no problems with this business. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys!
