Retail tire service near Hatfield, PA

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

The guys, Steve and Ed, at the STS in Feasterville were great! I had brought my car in for a state inspection and was informed the front rotors had failed. I had recently done the pads myself, and they were completely honest with me and suggested replacing the pads either way so I didn't have any further issues. Because of there honesty I agreed to have everything they had suggested, done. It was done in no time! Its the employees like this that make this company stand out! Excellent customer service skills and definitely know the industry (because I sure don't!) I definitely suggest going to STS for your repairs! I sure will be returning! Thanks guys!

I had an alignment done on my vehicle about 10 days ago. During the alignment, the mechanic broke off a piece of my front grill while opening the hood of my car. I noticed the damage 5 days later. There is a fresh break on we're the missing silver piece was on my grill. Sears took pictures and then told me they would not take responsibility for the damage. The repair will cost $60. They have poor work ethics there. If you do decide to get there, check your entire vehicle before you leave. I am speaking to corporate tomorrow.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

When my tire was flattened on the morning of Ocotober 13 2014 I called all around the city deperately trying to find a tire shop that carried my size tire at an affordable price, thats when I came across Floyd and Diann's number. Not only was the tire VERY AFFORDABLE, but the service was immaculate!!!! I'd give Floyd and Diann's tires and wheels 1000 stars if I could!!

The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! hello i was having a problem with my 98 durango with bad handleing and excessive front end bouncing so i when to bernies cause ive been there before and told the manager the problem i was having and he inspected the front tires and saw that the belts were shifted and he said that was the problem i was like ok look i dont hav a lota money really to spend on tires we wentback in the office and he got me 2 really nice 31/10.50/15 for a great price they work with you the truck rides like a different vehical i feel a lot better goin up and down I 95 lol check em out !! satisfied cust. One star is a LOT to give. This place deserves no business. My car sat in their lot for 11 days. No work was completed. I was going through my warranty company and they didn’t send in any of the photos that were required. Not one photo they claimed to send, went through. I sent the photos they provided to the warranty and they received them immediately. I was stolen from. I removed my vehicle yesterday, without being serviced due to them charging me $1900 for a power steering pump to be fixed. Who in their right minds can tell me that is not overcharging? $1100 out of pocket and my warranty would cover the rest. I told them I know better than this. The district manager of all Philadelphia stores approached me when picking up the keys and tried to assure me that he would do his best to “make me happy”. Immediately I told him nothing with this business would make me happy. He said he would remove $550 off of the price and charge me $449. What mechanic can rightfully take off $550 off of a job? NONE. They were taking advantage of me and thought I wouldn’t fall into their trap. The BEST part of this entire process was the fact that they submitted that they completed the work and charged my warranty company $857 to be paid out. They were PAID for a job UNDONE. I took my car keys and told them I would be taking my business elsewhere. Why would I do business with people who are MONEY HUNGRY and don’t respect women? This is absurd. If i was a MAN I never would have endured such horrible treatment. Each employee was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE. I will encourage any person who’s ever been to Midas to never return.

Do NOT take your car here! what a total rip off! When you hear stories of mechanics that rip you off, this is the place they are talking about. I was charged $100 just to look at a car I told him I was donating to charity.Avoid the place like the black plaque. our better off trying to fix it yourself or setting it on fire.
