Refuse to accept valid coupon within expiration date because I had provided my own parts. There is no sign disclosure or mention of this anywhere that providing my own parts made it so I could not use any coupons. I expressed my dissatisfaction but the manager did not care and bragged about owning Mr.Tire. When confronted the attitude I was given not customer friendly! I would recommend to keep looking there are many other auto repair shops less than a block.

Left vehicle there to perform simple repairs to do and written down too. 5-working days later after calling, and them saying they are getting right on it. I finally had wife call 5 days later to pick up done or just pick up undone. It was picked up undone. Seemed like OK people but what a way to waste my time. Now I am going to check a past job they did for me just in case. You decide

Reasonable rates and honest. Not trying to rip you off like so many shops. They did a front brake job for me and honestly it is one of the best jobs I've ever had done. Possibly better than I could do myself. Tired of going in for an inspection and them trying to leverage you into $600 to $800 dollar bill? Then I would suggest going to Auto House. They haven't recommended anything that honestly didn't need to be done.

This shop is very good for service and quick in their service. Excellent mechanics who care about their work.

Bill from Jack's Auto Body is great!! He is the first body shop guy I've had a good experience with in the area. He's attentive, keeps you updated on the work being done to your vehicle, and works directly with the insurance companies to get you the most money back on your deductible (he saved me close to $500). On top of this, he does solid work for a great price. I will definitely be going back to him for any body work as well as my inspection!
