Have been going there 15 years; Tom and his dad are very personable and treat people like friends. Very honest. If there is a wait for service, I think it's because they just can't say 'No' when they are already busy. I always leave my car for the day. ;)

My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. I have always been thoroughly satisfied with Precision Engine each time I have visited to have my cars assessed and fixed. Frank worked on my 2000 wagon this time. He did an excellent job. Car runs very nicely and was fluttering and blowing blue smoke when I brought it in! Dustin worked on my 1971 classic car and is also an excellent mechanic. I feel very fortunate to have Precision Engine nearby.

Made my day! With 3 kids I have no extra time or $ to spare. My car wouldn t start and I had get to work. I called around and was told I should try to get a jump. No one was available and I was stuck. I called T.C. Tire & Auto and the mechanic came to my house jump started my car. He checked out my car and told me I needed a battery. The whole process from call to repair was an hour! The price was explained honestly and fair. I am more than happy and thankful.

i had an accident in a recent snowstorm, my buddy told me to take it to roberts and boy am i glad i did, it came out great and he even did a little more repairs that the insurance covered and didnt charge anymore, my car looks like new again, i'll be back for everything now, these guys treated me great
