KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. This company does not stand by the nonsense parts and service they push so hard to sell to you. I will never use these people again. Unprofessional, cocky attitude, and just plain ignorant counter people. They need some serious customer service training. This company used to have a good name (years ago and not this location). Drive elsewhere people to get your car fixed. Don't make a mistake like I did. NEVER AGAIN. I will be telling everyone I know about the nonsense I went through.
