I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a stran... read more I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a strange analysis considering I have looked at many of the sites to inquire whether or not to take my car to this establishment. NO other person who did a customer satisfaction rating said anything but great things about this company. To call them crooks is a ridiculous and unmerited statement, to say the least. They have been so kind and honest with every repair that I have had there. Just ask the customers in the waiting room. They treat everyone like family. If you had so much confidence in your BMW mechanic than why did you not take it there? For anyone who wants an honest garage with HONEST mechanics skip over the first comment and read all of the others, then decide for yourself who you would agree with. I say all of the five stars out rate the one star. Give them a try.

They are always friendly and their service is great! If you ever get into a conversation with Harry, he has great stories! Anyway, this place has always been very good to me, and Dave takes great care for his emloyees and his customers!The work is always reliable and the quality is great! I find that this palce is run with character such as integity, honesty and forthrightness. These qualities are becoming more rare these days and it is a treasure to find these qualities at a garage. Dave always takes the time to show me and tell me what is wrong with my car so that I am a little better educated. He also tries hard to work around my work schedule in order for me to miss as little work as possible. I really appreciate that! I would recommend this place to everyone. I used to work in Middletown for years but now I do not but I still bring my car into Grove Motors for any and all work. And now I hear they are a AAA facility!
