Words cannot express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with Steve's Auto Body. They provided a "free" estimate in April, 2015. I contacted them after another churchgoer hit my parked car on Good Friday after services in the parking lot. She asked me not to report the matter to the insurance company. Steve's provided the estimate, taking about 5 minutes to write it up. They required a $250 deposit to schedule the work. I gave them my credit card, after which they told me they could not guarantee that the paint they would use would match the paint on my vehicle. I immediately communicated Steve's quote to the driver who hit my vehicle, and she checked with her insurance company. Steve's price was more than $200 over what her insurance estimated. We went through the insurance. I immediately telephoned Steve's on the very same day and asked for a refund of my charge card. They refused to refund the charge and refused to provide me with any part. I have now been charged $250 for a "FREE" estimate. Steve's has lied to my credit card company and to the BBB. Steve's has cheated me. Don't let Steve's lie, cheat and steal from you!!!

This is best auto repair shop I found in the area in terms of honesty and price and service! My break were changed quickly and efficiently, I highly recommend this shop and will use them for my needs from now on. And to top it off I got great snacks to take with me!

In June of 2012 I had my A/C serviced there. They quoted me under $100 but the total bell came to $145. They overcharged the A/C which made the compressor come on and off all the time. When I called them, I was told it was normal. Took the car to another garage and had the same service done again but this time for only $60. Confirmed that George's garage had put significantly more fluid into the system (1.8 pounds rather than the maximum of 1.18 pounds). When I called to complain and ask for a refund, I was told that I should I have brought the car back there and no refund. I would never take my car there again. The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company!
