Don't want to pay dealership price for the same, and in most cases better customer and car service.  And/or need a knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, courteous and cost-effective auto technician...YOU SHOULD KNOW UNION LINE GARAGE IN HOPEWELL.   These guys are one of the best in the business. I have so much confidence in them that 'twas it not for legal reasons, and the size of my bank account...I would offer to pay for your repairs at another shop if you can prove said shop provided better workmanship, price and service than Union Line Garage.

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.

This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.

Words cannot express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with Steve's Auto Body. They provided a "free" estimate in April, 2015. I contacted them after another churchgoer hit my parked car on Good Friday after services in the parking lot. She asked me not to report the matter to the insurance company. Steve's provided the estimate, taking about 5 minutes to write it up. They required a $250 deposit to schedule the work. I gave them my credit card, after which they told me they could not guarantee that the paint they would use would match the paint on my vehicle. I immediately communicated Steve's quote to the driver who hit my vehicle, and she checked with her insurance company. Steve's price was more than $200 over what her insurance estimated. We went through the insurance. I immediately telephoned Steve's on the very same day and asked for a refund of my charge card. They refused to refund the charge and refused to provide me with any part. I have now been charged $250 for a "FREE" estimate. Steve's has lied to my credit card company and to the BBB. Steve's has cheated me. Don't let Steve's lie, cheat and steal from you!!!
