KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. Words cannot express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with Steve's Auto Body. They provided a "free" estimate in April, 2015. I contacted them after another churchgoer hit my parked car on Good Friday after services in the parking lot. She asked me not to report the matter to the insurance company. Steve's provided the estimate, taking about 5 minutes to write it up. They required a $250 deposit to schedule the work. I gave them my credit card, after which they told me they could not guarantee that the paint they would use would match the paint on my vehicle. I immediately communicated Steve's quote to the driver who hit my vehicle, and she checked with her insurance company. Steve's price was more than $200 over what her insurance estimated. We went through the insurance. I immediately telephoned Steve's on the very same day and asked for a refund of my charge card. They refused to refund the charge and refused to provide me with any part. I have now been charged $250 for a "FREE" estimate. Steve's has lied to my credit card company and to the BBB. Steve's has cheated me. Don't let Steve's lie, cheat and steal from you!!!
