This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. What an outstanding, ideal, model mechanic and business! After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. Walko Automotive helped replace my 2007 Toyota Prius battery in less than 2 hrs for THE MOST reasonable price. They offered a two year warranty and with their already outstanding business history, Master Tech certifications with hybrid vehicles (and any vehicle really), and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere, they were sure to deliver in every way you would expect the best and most trustworthy mechanic should. great job, fair price

Our ASE technicians are certified to diagnose and repair your vehicle's engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, cooling systems as well as perform maintenance such tune-ups, oil changes and fluid changes.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
