Mr Sternotti was suposed to rebuild a motor for me. i pulled the motor... read more Mr Sternotti was suposed to rebuild a motor for me. i pulled the motor my self and delivered it personally to joe with a deposit for the work he had agreed on . he said it would be a 2 week turn around it has been over 3 mounths and countless lies or excues and i have not recevied the motor. on futher research i found out that mr sternotti has numerous civil suits all over the counrty were he has ripped people off. only wish i had checked him out before this mess started. Hannum's always tries to accommodate the customer as much as possible.... read more Hannum's always tries to accommodate the customer as much as possible. I must say that even the sales people on the motorcycle floor are not pushy and I hate pushy sales people! They are very friendly and answer your questions when you are ready to talk. Paul, JR, and Matt are like family to me. I always get a warm welcome when I come up there whether to buy something or just to hang out. Upstairs in motor clothes, I am greeted by Tonda, or Grace or Jean, but usually Grace who is always congenial. She knows to let me just browse, and when she sees me stop to look at something twice, she is always ready to answer any questions or to show me new merchandise or sale items, but she is never pushy. That is why I like to shop with her as my sales person. It's relaxing and I never feel pressured by her. Thank you Hannum's. Donna
