I made a appointment on a Monday for Wednesday to have Keyless entry and remote start install in my car, I showed up at designated time and they never put my appointment in. The owner gave me a buncha excuses and he said he didn't have time, also didn't have part to install, what kind of business treats there customers like this. Might want to try some where else to get your service you need, even if you have to go to PA. Word of mouth travels fast, the business I'm in I will make sure the story gets out

Brought car in for annual state inspection and whatever else it might need, including an oil and filter change. That turned out to also include replacing the spark plugs and also flushing the power steering fluid, all items that used to be simple but now add up to $700 on my little 335xi. Oh well, with a long inline 6 hiding the two rear cylinders changing the plugs (necessary every 45k miles) is no picnic I'm sure. It's the price of admission for driving these things. I must add though that keeping up with this stuff is absolutely necessary to keep a Bimmer running like, well, a Bimmer. I swear the car feels like it has 50 more HP; it zings up the tach with what is clearly less effort than before and climbs hills with less pedal position, all because of new plugs and an oil change! Or perhaps it's because Steve Snow sprinkles some of that Bimmerworks magic on the car just for taking it there. Whatever, the car runs great and I know I'm taking it to BMW experts without financing some fancy dealership's latest addition. If you drive a Bimmer, and live within 35 miles of this place, you should seriously consider taking it here for service. -Len Dube

As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a strange analysis considering I have looked at many of the sites to inquire whether or not to take my car to this establishment. NO other person who did a customer satisfaction rating said anything but great things about this company. To call them crooks is a ridiculous and unmerited statement, to say the least. They have been so kind and honest with every repair that I have had there. Just ask the customers in the waiting room. They treat everyone like family. If you had so much confidence in your BMW mechanic than why did you not take it there? For anyone who wants an honest garage with HONEST mechanics skip over the first comment and read all of the others, then decide for yourself who you would agree with. I say all of the five stars out rate the one star. Give them a try.

I would recommend this repair facility to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly. I had been having a check engine light issue and had been to two other repair facilities without any success. Susquehanna Valley Fleet & Auto was able to figure out the issue and repair it at a fair price.
