Also, we brought our 2012 truck in; we'd had it less than a year, and upon picking it up, we noticed that the tailgate had a huge dent in it. When we asked him about it, his response was, "that was there when you dropped it off". Complete denial and unwillingness to consider that it happened on his lot. Absolute JERK! So, please be warned that if damage happens to your vehicle in his possession, you are on your own. He will take NO responsibility. Oh, and for charging the outrageous prices he does, you would think he would use more expertise than checking the internet to diagnose your vehicle's problems, which he oddly seemed to be proud of!

My car has 2 cats, a front one and a back one, so i asked which one was leaking. The women got an attitude and really became a b****. She pulled the same BS with me that she pulled with the review by Heather, saying they are closing early and if I wanted my car I had to come get it soon. I just don't feel these are the most honest of people. Seems like when they get questioned about specifics by people who know what they are talking about, they pivot to attitude and defense, opposed to logical answers and discussions. I know (because I am in a job that involves customer service) that dealing with the public can be difficult, but if you can't do it, go find something else to do. No one forced you to into this role.
