We pride ourselves on sharing our knowledge with our customers, providing detailed car specific information to our customers, documenting our repair and service procedures for our customers’ records, and setting a timeline for customers so that they can focus on the most pressing issues and monitor future potential issues. We strive to communicate costs to our customers up front to avoid any surprises. We are confident in our automotive diagnostic abilities, our top of the line vehicle scan tools, our mechanic/technician experience and expertise. Our mechanics are encouraged to pursue education, automotive training and certifications to ensure we are serving our customers effectively and efficiently. I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!
