I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! My brakes needed to be fixed, but I could'nt find someone who could resolve this problem. Luckily, I found Biju's Auto Shop and was very pleased with his service. He is very experienced, and I highly recommend going to him if you need anything about your car.

Untrustworthy thieves!!! $160.00 for a battery that lasted only 2 yrs and 18,000 miles. Wouldn't honor warranty cause one month past date. Owner said that is normal for a battery......Seriously???? What a disgrace to the neighborhood!!!! Rip-off!!!!

I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!

I was referred to Dick and Rips by my friend. He takes all of his vehicles there. I knew the place had to be good because my friend is super picky. I have went to their shop a couple of times in the last few months to have my vehicle inspected- have them install 2 new tires and some other misc work. Each time I called them - they were friendly and very helpful.When I took my vehicle to the shop - they got the job done in a timely manner and didn't rip me off. This is an honest place to do business with. Here is an example -when I would apply the break on my vehicle, it would stop real hard and screech. I was told by their shop manager that this was because of me using the emergency brake on flat ground.The emergency brake was getting stuck. He said it would stop doing this if I didn't use the emergency brake on level ground. I stopped using the emergency brake on level ground and the problem went away. He could have easily told me that I needed rear brakes. I am happy to say that I have found my place. They are right down the road from me -they do good work and are very honest. If you find any bad reviews about this place - it has to be a competitor who is leaving them. I have had no problems with this business. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys!

I went to Ron's because my nextdoor neighbor recomended them to me. WOW, I AM SO IMPRESSED!!!! I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I asked them to give the car a quick check out. Dimitry found a split axle boot and a bad ball joint. I was prepared to leave it for a day or two to have it repaired, but instead they ordered the parts and got me done same day. I am very impressed!!! THANK YOU RON'S... YOU SAVED THE DAY!!!
