Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. This place was great. The guy who runs it might be the nicest "car guy" I've ever met. They drove me home and called me with what they found. Carl went over everything and when I asked a question he was so polite and patient. They even picked me up after the work was done. I can't say enough about Carl or the work they did. My car runs great now and I am going there for everything from now on. They do everything. It's awesome.

Words cannot express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with Steve's Auto Body. They provided a "free" estimate in April, 2015. I contacted them after another churchgoer hit my parked car on Good Friday after services in the parking lot. She asked me not to report the matter to the insurance company. Steve's provided the estimate, taking about 5 minutes to write it up. They required a $250 deposit to schedule the work. I gave them my credit card, after which they told me they could not guarantee that the paint they would use would match the paint on my vehicle. I immediately communicated Steve's quote to the driver who hit my vehicle, and she checked with her insurance company. Steve's price was more than $200 over what her insurance estimated. We went through the insurance. I immediately telephoned Steve's on the very same day and asked for a refund of my charge card. They refused to refund the charge and refused to provide me with any part. I have now been charged $250 for a "FREE" estimate. Steve's has lied to my credit card company and to the BBB. Steve's has cheated me. Don't let Steve's lie, cheat and steal from you!!!
