Owner/manager does not answer emails, phone calls, voicemails, does not communicate, does not plan or order parts in a timely fashion. He shifts blame to insurance providers, part suppliers. Blamed September's GM Strike for part he didn't order IN JULY! He wants payment up front & then you're stuck! Had my vehicle 14 weeks and still unfinished. Avoid this shop! Wish I could leave zero stars

Gaspar was hired by a 3rd party to repair a rotted pillar. The sale of the vehicle was contingent on the repair being performed. Gaspar auto body either completely mis diagnosed the issue with the vehicle, as rust bubbles has re-appeared only 7 weeks later, or, they conspired with the seller of the car to keep the cost down for him. Which makes him incompetent or dishonest , either way, avoid these butchers at all costs. Before you even think about hiring this body shop, email me at pnz1113@yahoo.com. I usually don't fill these reviews out, but thought this company earned the effort. Thanks, Jack
