He was totally professional and courteous - He made us feel like we were NOT being taken advantage of. He took care of the Motor Vehicle and everything else. The only thing we had to do was to sign on the bottom line. How simple is that. Thanks Jay!!
Came in to buy bottled water and snacks. Cashier told us that couldn't... read more Came in to buy bottled water and snacks. Cashier told us that couldn't sell any water because it was ringing up incorrectly. We brought the case of water and some bags of chips to the counter and sure enough, the water rang up at $26++ and the cashier did not know how else to sell it. But then she started complaining about having to put the water and the snacks back. When we asked her for her name, she yelled that she would no longer be working there as of the next day and therefore we didn't need her name. I can't remember ever being treated like this by any store employee - she is not a positive representative for your company. Hopefully, it is true that she was quitting and that she is no longer there. Thanks
