I had a small accident while I was on vacation in Matthews. Another car repair shop said I needed a new oil pan, oil change, splash guard and alignment. Then they told me my car was too small for them to work on and I needed to take it to a Fiat dealer. I Googled auto repair shops that work on Fiats and Red Rock Auto came up. I took my car there and the owner was honest and told me everything was fine except there was a small hairline fracture on the outside but no leaks. I didn't have to repair anything. I was very blessed to find an honest repair shop who didn't take advantage of a female from out of state. Thank you!!!

Jason kept my car for 6 months and his family members abused my car. His relative a non-employee also smoked and crashed my car per the police report. I dropped my car for a head gasket repair with 94,000 miles and it had 101,000 when I got my car back, he drove 6,000 miles on it and tells me he had to keep the car running to test it. Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.
