Mufflers repair service near Jacksonboro, SC

Service was done excellent as expected. But they reported the wrong mileage to CarFax so my app has been acting up telling me mileage mismatch. But all in all everything was great.

My family was vacationing in the Charleston area when our Jeep broke down. A quick search of the area and I found Torres Auto Repair nearby. Our Jeep was towed to their shop and a few hour later it was repaired. Thank you Torres for your quick service and keeping our vacation on track.

These guys are awesome!!! From the moment I walked through the doors exactly at 7:30 am. All of the service guys clapped and welcomed us. Both of the men who helped me with the review of services needed and checking out were extremely professional, kind and appeared to really enjoy their jobs:) My Jeep's brakes are performing beautifully! Thank you for what was probably the best car repair experience I've ever had.

BEWARE! We have been a customer of this Service Center for years ... until today. Two weeks ago we had our oil changed, filter, tires rotated the works, at which time we requested Mobile One Oil. Today we found a melting bottle of valvoline low grade oil melting on our exhaust manifold which is next to our oil spout. We immediately went to the owner and asked if perhaps there had been a mix up. Instead of customer service we got a defensive attitude and could care less response to our concerns. We were not looking for an addmission that the wrong (lower priced) oil had been used, but some amount of concern and for the owner to check into it and correct the problem. It would appear to me that perhaps this is standard practice, the response to our concern was well prepared and came out will well rehearsed. It was as though they have been through this with a customer before. I do not understand a business that will lose a long standing regular customer and not even try to correct the error. He suggested the bottle of oil was laying on the road and bounced up into the motor!!! Okay guys come on you surely can come up with something better than that. There was no answer given as to why the wrong bottle of oil was left melting on our engine. Common sense would lead the average man to believe it was put in the motor and left behind accidently. All we were told is that now it is in the motor there is no way to prove it. Customers beware.....watch that the right motor oil is being put in your car at THIS service center.

Outstanding work. Work truck (Dodge Dakota 2000) needed replacement of pipes and muffler. Researched several reviews prior to arriving at this shop, and showed up at with no appointment. Mike Morris met me outside the shop when I parked, and looked at my requested service, fair & reasonable price and completion of work was agreed. I was out in less than one hour with repairs squared away. Customer service was plus too, along with free advice on brake needs in the future.

Could not be happier with Joe's Alignment! I have been going there for years, and Shawn is always the best! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also honest, and personable. He does things right! My truck is a 07 tundra, and rarely needs work, but when it does Shawn is my first choice! I would trust him with anything he says he can fix.

My son graduated from CofC and stayed in Charleston to work. On 28 Dec 2015, my son truck's brakes were completely gone, which required a tow and complete rebuild. I'm in Virginia and I spoke to the gentlemen at the Mount Pleasant location. It's after the holidays and money was tight. Hay tire understood our situation. Not only did they keep it under budget, but I was able to get the oil changed as well. They even took the time to mail me the receipt to me in Virginia. Hay Tire Pros are true professionals and you can trust them to do the work required without adding anything extra.
