On vacation in Hilton Head, my passenger car window would not close. Ugh. I found Beachside which is near the airport. The folks there are unbelievably nice and polite. Problem discovered was fixable in about an hour and I was on my way. While waiting, I heard many conversations between customers and staff. All were very positive. One couple from Canada had a serious issue. After diagnostic test, they were told to bring car back tomorrow to leave all day and they would get a loaner car. There was no charge for diagnostic test. Very down to Earth and friendly attitude - always provide options for a variety of complex issues you might run into with your vehicle.
