Making it my business to leave a REAL review to as many sites as possible. This guy is not a real mechanic or business person. He is a backyard junkyard handy guy who owns a slop of a shop. there’s broken cars scattered all over his yard. He is DISHONEST and it’s quite deceiving when you first meet him but honestly don’t take your car to him. I never EVER leave reviews like this for business because I understand it isn’t easy making people happy but to conduct business through deceiving dishonesty is intentional ! So yes 1 star for you and I wish i could give a zero

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles there for many years. I am VERY cautious about who I take my cars too. Not only are my cars my babies there are SO many people around here who will straight up rip you off. At Alpha, however, we have only had excellent top notch service. Not only are these guys 100 percent trustworthy (and I can not emphasize that enough) they do outstanding work, are professional, fast and ..what I truly cant believe is how well priced services are. I can count on one hand how many times I have left reviews for business and all but 2 have been bad reviews. I just feel strong enough that I felt I needed to finally write a review on this place. Could not be happier with Joe's Alignment! I have been going there for years, and Shawn is always the best! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also honest, and personable. He does things right! My truck is a 07 tundra, and rarely needs work, but when it does Shawn is my first choice! I would trust him with anything he says he can fix.

My son graduated from CofC and stayed in Charleston to work. On 28 Dec 2015, my son truck's brakes were completely gone, which required a tow and complete rebuild. I'm in Virginia and I spoke to the gentlemen at the Mount Pleasant location. It's after the holidays and money was tight. Hay tire understood our situation. Not only did they keep it under budget, but I was able to get the oil changed as well. They even took the time to mail me the receipt to me in Virginia. Hay Tire Pros are true professionals and you can trust them to do the work required without adding anything extra.
