This place is great! I will not go anywhere else. Knowledgeable, quick, very reasonable costs, great customer service... everything you can ask for and want.

I should have read the reviews of this place before I brought my car here seems I'm not the only person to have this issue. First, it took me a month to get them to call me back to set an appt.to look at my car, should have ran then! Then, after setting a date to have my car repaired I get my rental and show up on said date for them to tell me that the guy that does hail damage would not be there for a week. An employee actually stood there and yelled at me at the desk that I had the dates wrong loud enough the manager came out. The manager did get someone out to fix my car but told me he would call me when it was done and did not. It took multiple phone calls to get him on the phone for him to tell me they did not have all the parts. I was told they would call me as soon as my part came in and their glass guy would meet me to put it in. Three weeks later I called them and was told that they had the window for a week but the manager was on vacation and no one called me. Then I was told they would have to call their glass guy and get back with me, again I never got a call back. I had to call the next day multiple times to get an answer. Now I'm sitting at the store waiting on the glass guy that is going to be an hour late!

I wont give them any single star... they diagnosed the A/C problem ($98), told me that they found the leakage and it need a part replacement (148), after that they confirmed you will be all good. When I went next day, I came to know that 1 more leakage was found which need to be fixed for $760.... I dint go with that and thought 1 leakage is fixed so there would be some improvement... but what I got was WORST, my A/C was working a bit earlier and was cooling little bit... but now its a furnace... even though its cold outside, simple A/C fan is also given me hot air.... WORST EVER experience.... Please dont go there.... find some other good shop.

We called Robert's Mobile Mechanics Tuesday evening after our car unexpectedly broke down on the interstate. We knew the serpentine belt had popped off, and we hoped that was all that was wrong because I needed the car to get to work at 1pm on Wednesday. Robert's Mobile Mechanics came out early Wednesday morning, immediately diagnosed that the water pump had also gone bad, and still had everything fixed and ready to go by 11am. The rate was exceptionally reasonable (as someone who drives a 20-year-old car that spends a great deal of time in the shop, I would know...). They were fast, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I Recomend this place Highly for their Professionalism, Honesty and excellent work performed and real Reasonable prices on their work. They are very friendly and hospitable. I had hit a deer with my truck (Silverado) and was expecting to spend alot more than the estimate that was coming out of my pocket with just basic insurance coverage. They made the truck look show room new again and its a 2002. I was expecting the repairs to take about two weeks, but they had it done in two days and looking great again. They are excellent at their work. The wife like the job they done, that she decided to get her windshield replaced this coming weekend. They also gave her a good price on it from what she was quoted from another shop a few months earlier. Overall they are a Down Home small city great place to do business with and will have my business when ever needed in the future along with anybody that needs a recommendation of a good shop, they will always get a thumbs up and a 5 star rating. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP I took my Honda Civic there and told them what my car was doing and what we THOUGHT was wrong. They did not diagnose, they did not even tell me what they were doing to my car. When I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was informed they had flushed the cooling system, which we had already done. This fixed my car for 2 days before it started acting up again. I took it back to the garage, an all they were willing to do was replace the thermostat. When I called to speak to the owner, he cussed me out and hung up on me. I have no clue how this shop is still in business, but do not trust them with your car 6 months later and my car still isn't working properly because they took all the money I had to fix my car.
