On November 7, 2021 my son’s truck malfunctioned on I-24 between Monteagle and Kimbel, TN. Through AAA, Monteagle Truck and Tire came to his rescue!! Chris was amazing! Since the time he was called by AAA Chris kept us informed on his ETA. Once on site, he took time to look the truck over to see if there was a simple solution to the problem that could possibly avoid a tow. Ultimately, my son’s truck was towed to a dealership in Chattanooga. At the dealership, Chris continued to go over and above his call of duty making a difficult situation feel more manageable. He helped my son with the appropriate paperwork and helped him remove oversized items from his truck bed and loaded them into the tow truck in case they would not fit into the rental car my son was going to pick up. From there Chris took these items back to Monteagle for my son to pick up. I can honestly say I have never had roadside assistance that delivered such kindness and compassion for other people. Chris arrived well groomed, kind, personable, and patient. He was obviously very knowledgeable about possible problems with the truck but did not try to pressure us with his knowledge or to persuade us to tow the vehicle to one dealership over another.
