She verbally attacked anyone who opposed her and her business. She posted business paperwork which had our personal information on it, including our cell phone, home address, and our vehicle information. Truly unprofessional.

Very knowledgeable staff. The technician brought me into the bay and explain to me and showed me what was all wrong with my vehicle. I was able to wait in the waiting room and watch them work on my car. Prices are extremely fair. Beat other shops prices. Very happy, glad to find an honest repair shop.
This guy is great! I have an older truck "93" GMC that runs good but t... read more This guy is great! I have an older truck "93" GMC that runs good but the radio/cassette/equalizer died. Could not be replaced by dealer and no aftermarket parts available. Terry with Bass Brothers took a look and knew exactly what I needed. He has over 30 years of experience. He knew what parts to order and where to get them. He called after a week and parts had come in. He had to take out most of the dash to install but he treated it like it was his own vehicle. He did a perfect custom job and got it all back together. I now have a whole new stereo and CD player with a USB connection for my smart phone. And it only took him 3 hours to do all the work because he had the right tools and knew what he was doing. The cost was well below market rates. I recommend Terry. He did a great job for me.
