We are very thankful to know that we have an honest, trustworthy place for our cars. Mark and Mark Jr. and all the staff are great to deal with and we are lifers!! I should have read the reviews of this place before I brought my car h... read more I should have read the reviews of this place before I brought my car here seems I'm not the only person to have this issue. First, it took me a month to get them to call me back to set an appt.to look at my car, should have ran then! Then, after setting a date to have my car repaired I get my rental and show up on said date for them to tell me that the guy that does hail damage would not be there for a week. An employee actually stood there and yelled at me at the desk that I had the dates wrong loud enough the manager came out. The manager did get someone out to fix my car but told me he would call me when it was done and did not. It took multiple phone calls to get him on the phone for him to tell me they did not have all the parts. I was told they would call me as soon as my part came in and their glass guy would meet me to put it in. Three weeks later I called them and was told that they had the window for a week but the manager was on vacation and no one called me. Then I was told they would have to call their glass guy and get back with me, again I never got a call back. I had to call the next day multiple times to get an answer. Now I'm sitting at the store waiting on the glass guy that is going to be an hour late!
