They never could get the alignment right on my truck. After I got a refund on the crappy alignment job, the alignment tech here at Double D came out into the parking lot as I was going to my truck and started threatening to beat me up. He was calling me all sorts of names and making several threats. I don't know if he is on drugs, his elevator doesn't go all the way to the top, or if he just got severely offended that his work sucks and I got a refund for it. I told him he wasn't going to do anything and that I was recording him on my phone and then he went back inside. What a good way to treat your customers Double D! If you're reading this, I would recommend that you go to any other tire shop in Greeneville other than here.
Took my car to these people drove it their,said it had a blown head ga... read more Took my car to these people drove it their,said it had a blown head gasket and would fix it,after 2 months with nothing done to it was told to take it away and THEY DONE MORE DAMAGE TO IT!!! Had to have it towed to another shop these people will cost you more money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM..!!!!
