Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. So today November 11, 2015. Meineke manger (Harold), yelled at me for no reason because I wanted to get the free oil change on veterans day.....like all the commercials said.....he screamed and said he is not giving money away because he was an air force veteran??? right... he was very rude.......

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.

Please go somewhere else and do not even think about letting these guys touch your vehicle. All they care about is your money. They don't offer any warranty what so ever. I came in for a wheel alignment and the car still pulls to the left so I took it back and long story short, instead of saying "I am sorry", The guy cursed at me in Spanish and pushed me out the door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Beware! Doesn't stand behind warranty work and gives you the run around. Spend the extra money to go somewhere you can trust them to stand behind their work. Very frustrating to pay a thousand dollars and in another year have to pay someone else to fix it the right way. Only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.
