Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. The service at Loeffler's is great as always. Josef and Joel are always top-notch and responsive to the care and feeding of my older 190E.

Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.
