They replaced the timing chain in my Nissan Altima. They broke the chain oiler in the process. Completely destroyed the engine. Claimed it was somehow my fault. 2 months later, they finally replaced the engine with a used engine I had to pay for. Stay far away from these people. They also upcharge the parts they provide by a factor of 3.

Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.

These guys are great. I'll definitely bring my Prius back next time I need service.

If you are ready to hand over your money to inexperience mechanics that do damage to our truck and a owner who doesn't return your calls then this is the place to go!! Do your research visit all the reviews there is a reason why this place is always switching management! This place gets an F on the BBB website!!

Had been highly recOmmended but when I got my car back power steering was still leaking and the car didn't feel like anything had been done. When taken back they tried to tell me the power steering wasn't leaking it was the transmission. My transmission was fine. He wanted to sell me a car he was selling instead of fixing mine.

WARNING!! I used an HEB coupon on back of my receipt for an oil change and tire rotation. I got my car back with 3 broken/ cracked wheel caps on my rims. I have called at least a dozen times talking to manager to replace them. This shop does not care about fixing their mistakes. Total incompetence. I am going to sue and write bad reviews about them everywhere. I am going to file a complaint with the better business also.

I went to this establishment and the tech's there where to conduct an inspection of the vehicle. Never once did they honk the horn,check blinkers, windshield wipers or brake lights. They popped the hood looked at the engine for a while and walked away for a long period of time then came back with a sticker. My complaint aside from the violation of not conducting the state required checks on my vehicle is. I feel that this establishment purposely messed with my truck while under the hood. It has under 39,000 miles on it and had no engine noise what so ever prior to my visit at this Midas however now it accelerates horribly and is rattling and whistleing in the engine compartment. When I called to discuss with the owner he did not want to state his name and of course denies any wrong doing. I would stay away from these crooks. BEWARE..I only give them a one rating because you cant rate a zero on this site.

The shop has had my parents vehicle since July 14, 2016, they took long to do the job and then gave the car to them July 23, 2016 as a complete job and got paid $1236. The car was not working right so the next day we took it back and they have yet to fix the problem. All we get are excuses and are told it will be ready tomorrow, but when we go to pick it up the next day they give excuses why its not ready and again are old tomorrow,. Today is August 4,2016 I called for status and again their answer is "tomorrow".

The shop has unethical business practices. I went to the shop to verify if they had 2 Dunlap tires with specific measurements. The gentleman that replaced my tires led me to believe that they did have said tires and that he proceeded to replace the tires with supposed 'Dunlap' tires which I requested and when in reality he was adding another off-brand tire. Due to the cold, rainy and fussy baby I unfortunately did not bother to verify being that I never had to with other shops. When I went into the shop to request they make good on the word of the employee who told me he was adding Dunlap, the manager advised me the he would not and that I could call law enforcement or that he would. I called law enforcement and filed a formal information report against the shop. The officer even informed me that the manager advised him that I requested any tire and not Dunlap and that he did not even carry that brand. I have reported the shop to the Better Business Bureau and highly advise people to avoid dealing with them altogether.
