Mufflers repair service near Benbrook, TX

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

Worst Customer Service Ever! My appointment was at 5:30, and I arrived at 5:39 behind a slow customer in line. I get it, I was 9 mins late to a location that states on the door and online that it closes at 6:00. If you've tried driving anywhere on OU weekend, you know the traffic on 35 & 287. After huffing and puffing for 7 mins about how online appointments on the Corporate website should tell you that you have to be there at 5:45 at the latest, the guy gave away the policy of 15mins. I enjoyed how the news on the TV showed a time of 5:41-5:43 the entire time he was out in the shop walking around after I arrived and said I was there for an appointment. If you have a GROUPON for this franchise, STAY away , and go to one of their other locations. A "counter clerk" should have just said, sorry our policy is 9 mins late and we can't take anymore (Even if two bays are empty)... I'd be a bit upset, but not as upset as I am with Mr. Huffy Complainer. And change your sign to say closes at 5:39pm instead of 6pm, so I know.

Steve confirmed a time to show up. 30 mins after supposed to be there no call no text no show. I text, no answer. I call he says he hurt his back and would be sending out his brother and that he was 20 mins out. He said he would call me back in 5 mins. No call no text. I call and phone rings and after 4 rings goes to voicemail. I try several times througout the day same result. Finally left message to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. For all of his honesty, Tim has gotten sloppy in his employee integrity. Instead he makes excuses for them. I originally took a PT Cruiser that had a simple problem, replaced a cam-shaft position sensor and he charged a reasonable price. Later I took a Buick that I told them needed a harmonic balancer, that was done ok. Later sent my daughter to him with A/C replacement in a Caliber, I told them to use new orifice, dryer and compressor. Less than 2-weeks it was back in for loss of freon. Seal blew because clutch was not installed correctly. Returned again when freon leaked again due to hose not properly tight. Today daughter reports A/C is still not cooling this summer. Took my wife's suburban for transmission replace. My wife did not even get home and said not shifting right. She had to abandon on road. I inspected and found fluid pan drain plug missing and dripping remaining fluid on ground. I told Tim what I found and he tried to deflect culpability, then I showed him pictures of what I found. Tim had the trans replaced with another. I picked-up and drove the suburban home and immediately noticed the shift indicator did not work (dash instruments). I immediately turned back and told Tim the problem. Again he just shrugged-off the lack of detail and final checkout. I will never use Rae's again.

Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.

Very happy with job they did. Best price around after calling several places. He was fast and they were very friendly. Had a nice waiting room and I was able to let my kids watch tv while we waited. He made sure I understood what was needed and what it would cost. Would recommend to anyone. Very happy customer.

So today November 11, 2015. Meineke manger (Harold), yelled at me for no reason because I wanted to get the free oil change on veterans day.....like all the commercials said.....he screamed and said he is not giving money away because he was an air force veteran??? right... he was very rude.......
