I purchased brake ceramic brake pads,and had rear rotors resurfaced. ... read more I purchased brake ceramic brake pads,and had rear rotors resurfaced. This cost me 661.00. This was suppose to come with a lifetime warranty. When I took my vehicle back when my brakes first began to make a noise, as instructed, the pads were almost worn through but still had a little surface left. I needed new pads. Although the pads fell under warranty, the labor did not. I again was quoted over 600.00 to put new rotors on the rear and brake pads on the car. When I objected to the cost of the job because I had been told that the pads and the rotors fell under warranty if I brought the car back before the pads were used in the back, the mechanic told me I really could just get by with the pads for a couple more years. This would cost me 250.00 for just the labor of replacing the pads. I really felt like I was being taken advantage of and the original warranty was not upheld. I went to Brake Check who replaced rotors and pads for 300.00 and of course, gave me a lifetime warranty (for whatever that is worth!).
I took my car here not even a year ago and the muffler they installed ... read more I took my car here not even a year ago and the muffler they installed just fell out from under my car. The weld was HORRIBLE. Even that is an understatement. It looks like someone was stabbing at the site with the MIG welder and just kept missing over and over again and there is even a gap in the weld as well. A weld is supposed to look like a rippled clean bead and this looked absolutely NOTHING like that.I took it to them and they wouldn't verify my warranty because the manager wasnt there. So I asked the girl behind the desk if she could contact me when he comes in and she said he would around lunch time and she would let me know...she never called. I had to call her more than 2 hours later just to see. Then i called the other location at de zavala and he said he would meet me the next morning at 10...and again the next morning he wasnt even there. he was at home "doing business from there" or so the girl said. Again she said he would come in at a time that she wasn't aware of and she would let me know...again she did not contact me. So seeing as how they are basically trying to avoid me and how the job they did was so terrible I decided not to mess with it anymore, especially since college is going on right now so they aren't even worth my time or my breath. I do not recommend them. I will also provide pictures if anyone else wants them. I will spread this review to as many sites as I can.
