Went in with a friend to get some information about performance tires for me, (In a car that really doesn't need them), and what options are available for my friend on a budget, and despite knowing we were information gathering and not yet ready to buy, the technician we spoke to was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered every question, including doing research and calling around. He informed of every option, without hard-pressing sales or making me feel dumb for just starting to get involved into car maintenance and performance, when I obviously am ignorant on a lot of subjects within it.
