After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Beware! Doesn't stand behind warranty work and gives you the run around. Spend the extra money to go somewhere you can trust them to stand behind their work. Very frustrating to pay a thousand dollars and in another year have to pay someone else to fix it the right way. Only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. Please go somewhere else and do not even think about letting these guys touch your vehicle. All they care about is your money. They don't offer any warranty what so ever. I came in for a wheel alignment and the car still pulls to the left so I took it back and long story short, instead of saying "I am sorry", The guy cursed at me in Spanish and pushed me out the door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
